Correcting and re-sending bounced emails
You can correct a bounced email and resend the communication to the client. To do this, do the following:
- Go to top navigation bar and click on “Reporting” tab
- Find and click on the report from the left hand “Reporting option” menu
- Click on “Send out summary & bounce backs” report from the left hand “Reporting option” menu
- Wait until the report generates – this may take a few seconds
- Find the communication under the “Publication” column
- Click on the hyperlinked figure under the “Bounces”, this will open a detailed bounce report
- Find and click on the client’s name under the “Subscribers” column that you want correct the bounced email
- Correct the email address and click “Submit”
- The next screen will list the client’s detail with new email address and ask you if you want to resend the communication click on “Yes, I am sure”
