Correcting and re-sending bounced emails

You can correct a bounced email and resend the communication to the client. To do this, do the following:

  1. Go to top navigation bar and click on “Reporting” tab
  2. Find and click on the report from the left hand “Reporting option” menu
  3. Click on “Send out summary & bounce backs” report from the left hand “Reporting option” menu
  4. Wait until the report generates – this may take a few seconds
  5. Find the communication under the “Publication” column
  6. Click on the hyperlinked figure under the “Bounces”, this will open a detailed bounce report
  7. Find and click on the client’s name under the “Subscribers” column that you want correct the bounced email
  8. Correct the email address and click “Submit
  9. The next screen will list the client’s detail with new email address and ask you if you want to resend the communication click on “Yes, I am sure
