Client Send Out History report

This report will display a Client Send Out history for all communications sent/emailed to a particular client’s email record. It will show;

  1. A list of publications/communications that the client/subscriber has been sent

To access this report do the following;

  1. Go to top navigation bar and click on “Reporting” tab
  2. Find and click on the report from the left hand “Reporting option” menu
  3. Click on “Client Send Out History” report
  4. You are taken to Subscriber Management where your client records reside
  5. Search and find the particular client’s email record using the “Search” function provided
  6. On the right hand side of the selected client record will be the “View history” link
  7. Click on the link under the “Client Send Out History” column to view the report
