Create Email address link

To create Email address link to the following:

  1. Type in email address,
  2. Insert-edit-linkHighlight the email address then,
  3. Go to the Insert/edit link icon on tool bar,
  4. Type or copy & paste the email address into the URL box,
  5. Click “Update”
  6. It will say that the URL looks like an email address and it wants to place a “mailto“  on it, say “OK” to this
  7. Scroll to the bottom and click “Submit” to save
  8. Send a test email and check link works – opens a new email browser window
