Insert Profile or Signature image

A Profile or Signature image can be inserted into the Welcome text at the bottom of your introduction/welcome text. The recommended sizes for these are:

  1. Signature image – 110 to 130px in width
  2. Profile image – 100 to 150 px in width

Note – Your account template will automatically resize any image up or down to 420px in width, your profile or signature image will be smaller than this. To stop this happening see below “Stop resizing of image” or  go to “Retain image size

If you want to insert a small profile or signature image in the sign off of your email text do the following:

  1. Click and open the “Edit Welcome text” screen
  2. Click into the Welcome text and say no to the “Paste from Word” pop-up box
  3. Insert-imageInsert/position your cursor where you want the image to be inserted
  4. Go to the tool bar with in the Welcome text and click on the “Insert image” icon – looks like stamp, toward the end of tool bar’s second row of icons
  5. This opens your Moxiecode Image Manager, click on the “Image” folder
  6. Go to top right and click on “Upload
  7. Click on “Choose files” or “Select files” – this allows you to access your computer & network
  8. Browse, find and select the image file you want uploaded
  9. Click “Open
  10. Click on “Upload to server” – this places the image file into your “Image” folder
  11. Editing the image to correct size:
    1. Image-edit-menuFind the image file in the Image folder and go to the bottom right corner of the file
    2. Click on the black up-arrowhead to access the “Edit” option
    3. Click on the “Edit” option in the drop down menu and then select “Resize” – when resizing we recommend adjusting the width and allowing the height to auto reset
    4. Click “Apply
    5. Click on “Save” – as same file name or give it a new file name
  12. Once saved double click on the image file – this will insert the image into the Welcome text area where your cursor was positioned

Stop resizing of image:

  1. Once you have inserted the image, click and highlight the image
  2. Insert-edit-imageThen right click and select the  “Insert/edit image” option from the right click menu
  3. Go to the “Appearance” tab
  4. Go down to the “Class” drop down menu
  5. Select “None420” from the menu options – this stops the template from resizing signature up to 420px in width.
  6. Click “Insert
  7. Scroll to the bottom and click “Submit” to save
  8. Send a test email and image from the test email
