Client Reading History report

This report will display a Client Reading history for a particular client’s email record. It will show;

1. A list of files that the client/subscriber has downloaded
2. List of articles they have clicked on

To access this report do the following;

1. Go to top navigation bar and click on “Reporting” tab
2. Find and click on the report from the left hand “Reporting option” menu
3. Click on “Client Reading History” report
4. You are taken to Subscriber Management where your client records reside
5. Search and find the particular client’s email record using the “Search” function provided
6. On the right hand side of the selected client record will be the “View history” link
7. Click on the link under the “Client Reading History” column to view the report
