Your client email list/file

Before sending your first communication, you will need to upload a list of client email addresses into Subscriber Management. Subscriber Management is where all your active client email records reside in your account.

The following client details are required in your client email list/file:

  • Firstname – this gets inserted after the salutation of – Dear <firstname>.
  • Surname – this is only used in the reports to identify the client and in maintenance areas
  • Email – must be a valid client email address xxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx

File needs to be saved as an Excel file format of “97 to 2003 workbook” which will give it a file extension of “.xls
