Post to Facebook

Posting a communication/email to your Facebook

You can do this for any of the Social Media link in the top right of live email you receive

To post a communication – newsletter, update, invitation etc to your Facebook, do the following:

  1. Send yourself a LIVE version of the communication – make sure you’re email is on the list you are sending the communication to.
  2. Find it in your inbox, download images and click on the Facebook Icon in top right of email
  3. Log into your Facebook account
  4. If you manage multiple Facebook accounts select the account you want the post to go to from top left drop down menu
  5. Click on the “Post to Facebook” tab button in the bottom left corner
  6. It will post the email up to Facebook with an image and the first 20/30 words from the email text (Welcome text)
  7. Go to your Facebook and check the post is displaying.
