Post to Facebook
Posting a communication/email to your Facebook
You can do this for any of the Social Media link in the top right of live email you receive
To post a communication – newsletter, update, invitation etc to your Facebook, do the following:
- Send yourself a LIVE version of the communication – make sure you’re email is on the list you are sending the communication to.
- Find it in your inbox, download images and click on the Facebook Icon in top right of email
- Log into your Facebook account
- If you manage multiple Facebook accounts select the account you want the post to go to from top left drop down menu
- Click on the “Post to Facebook” tab button in the bottom left corner
- It will post the email up to Facebook with an image and the first 20/30 words from the email text (Welcome text)
- Go to your Facebook and check the post is displaying.
